End of Life Policy¶
Acquiring The Latest Version¶
A new customer may purchase the latest version of a product as part of an annual subscription plan (offered as on premise or cloud deployment). An existing customer with an active support contract may download the latest version through the installed Scrutinizer software or via direct download from Plixer’s website. An existing customer without an active support contract may be able to reinstate their maintenance contract by contacting sales.
Product Lifecycle Definitions¶
Live: Plixer will provide technical support to customers with active maintenance for their product. Support includes software updates and online/email/phone technical support. Plixer is actively supporting development efforts to address known issues and may provide patches to resolve product issues.
Extended: Plixer will provide technical support to customers with active maintenance for their product. Support includes software updates and online/email/phone technical support. Plixer will not provide patches to address issues with this particular version of the product. Plixer reserves the right to require a customer to upgrade their product to the most current version to resolve a product issue.
End of Life: Plixer will provide technical support to customers with active maintenance for their product provided that the customer upgrades to a version supported under the “Extended” or “Live” support tiers.
Supported Products¶
The following product versions are currently supported. If the product version is not listed, it is no longer supported and customers may need to upgrade to the latest version if a support issue is discovered in an unsupported version.
