Auto-acknowledge notifications

The auto-acknowledge action can be used to automatically acknowledge alarms or events to streamline investigation and resolution workflows.

To create an auto-acknowledge notification, do the following:

1. Select the Notification Profile you want to add an auto-acknowledge notification action to.

2. Click Actions, and then select Auto Acknowledge from the dropdown menu.

3. Select a policy to acknowledge from the dropdown menu.

4. Click Add to save the action to the notification profile.
